SENIOR CLINICAL PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT ANALYST

SENIOR CLINICAL PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT ANALYST, full time.  This position requires a dynamic person who can develop structure and processes to improve performance in our journey to excellence.

This person will plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate hospital wide quality/performance improvement as assigned.  Provide leadership and oversight of NDNQI quality database as appropriate to ensure compliance with data entry, report generation and data distribution requirements.  Develop a structured approach to data collection for assigned performance improvement projects.  Design, analyze and interpret studies for hospital performance improvement. 

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriately related field, a Master's would be preferred, an RN license, CPHQ certification would be preferred.  Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Improvement and excellent computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite tools.  Must be able to present data graphically for reporting and analytical purposes.
